Meet The Founder

I built Kairos Growth Resources on more than thirty years of leading and developing others in high-stakes environments. As a military retiree, a PhD in Curriculum and Development, a Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Coach, and a Certified Leader Labs Coach, I bring both discipline and research-based structure to every engagement. I became a coach in 2014 because I saw talented people held back by uncertainty, unclear direction, and unhelpful habits. My mission is to change that. I design practical, engaging experiences that fit real organizational pressures, then I stay focused on accountability and follow-through so growth turns into measurable results.
