Kairos—a Greek word meaning the opportune, decisive moment—captures the purpose behind my work. I founded Kairos Growth Resources after more than thirty years of leading and developing people in high‑stakes environments. My background as a military leader, an educator with a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Coach allows me to blend discipline, research-based strategy, and practical insight in every engagement.
I became a coach in 2014 because I saw something that bothered me: talented, capable people were being held back by uncertainty, unclear direction, and habits that no longer supported their goals. I knew there was a better way—and I committed myself to helping individuals and organizations reach their defining moments with clarity and confidence.
At Kairos Growth Resources, I collaborate with clients to design learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and aligned with the real pressures leaders face. My approach is grounded in accountability and follow‑through, ensuring that growth doesn’t stop at inspiration—it becomes measurable, sustainable progress.
This is the work I’m called to do: helping people step into their moment and lead with purpose.
I launched Kairos Growth Resources in 2023 after years of coaching leaders who were ready to grow but needed structured, practical support. My focus is simple, help you unlock potential and achieve meaningful goals.
My leadership story began in the military, where clarity, courage, and teamwork were nonnegotiable. I later earned a PhD in Curriculum and Development and moved into education, designing programs that turn theory into daily practice. Kairos combines these experiences to deliver disciplined, research-based growth for modern leaders.
Becoming a certified coach and trainer in 2014 opened a new mission for me, guiding people through the barriers that once held them back. Today I help executives, teams, and youth in the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, and New York regions clarify vision, strengthen communication, and build confidence that holds under pressure.
As a Black, female military veteran and educator, I understand what it means to lead while navigating visible and invisible obstacles. That perspective shapes every coaching, training, and youth program I design. Clients gain a partner who values inclusion, speaks plainly about tough issues, and keeps the focus on real, measurable progress.
